Keen to workout from home but don’t have very much space? Fear not, there is always a way around a challenge! Below are my top 10 effective and efficient ideas that you can do with hardly any space at all and without any equipment. I have suggested exercises if you literally don’t have enough room to lie down, and exercises if you do have the room to get onto the floor.
VERTICAL EXERCISES:
Try the following exercises for 40 seconds each, for 3 sets. Have a 1-minute minimum rest between each set. You will get a good sweat on with this!
- High knees
- Squat pulses
- Lunge, forward kicks
- Butt kicks
- Sumo squats
- Surrenders
- Explosive Star jumps
- Jumping Jacks
- 180 jumps
- Standing oblique crunches
HORIZONTAL EXERCISES:
Try the following exercises for 10-12 reps each, for 3 sets. Have a 1-minute minimum rest between each set. This will give you a good burn!
- Narrow press ups
- Sit ups
- Dead bugs
- Superman holds
- Dynamic lizards
- Alternating planks
- Burpees
- Shoulder taps
- Grave diggers
- Thrusters
