Rebecca Myers

Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach

Rebecca is Founder and owner of WIYWO. She is passionate about helping corporate professionals feel better, stronger, more energised and more confident, inside and out.  She is also a qualified Pilates instructor and Nutrition Coach. The company idea was born from a need that was not being fulfilled in the corporate world. Time poor, office-based professionals (like Rebecca once was) who want to look after their health but needed something convenient to assist with this. This is what WIYWO does: bringing fitness, health and wellness to the workplace. Even if, at the moment, this is whilst you are working from home.

Julian Bazley

Personal Trainer, Massage therapist and Acupuncturist

Julian been passionate about sport all his life and an active participant over the years, most significantly in football, tennis, skiing and cycling. As he’s got older and experienced different injuries and changes in his own biomechanics, his training as a sports massage therapist and personal trainer has enabled him to adapt the approach to his own fitness programme to make sure that exercise still has a positive benefit. After 25+ years in corporate life he felt it was time for a change in direction to pursue a more rewarding career, using his training to develop programmes and treatments which benefit people either in a corporate environment or their private lives to stay fitter for longer.

Maria Fenn

Personal Trainer

“We all deserve to do the things that make us happy, and if you can make just one hour a week work for you, you could honestly transform your life and health in more ways than one! I’m not your stereotypical trainer, and in fact I started out studying Classical Kinesiology. Your body is one complex piece of engineering – if there is a physical imbalance you can guarantee there is more going on behind the scenes that contributes to the end message; pain or discomfort. My approach to personal training is holistic, and I have been coined as the “intuitive trainer” at times for my ability to be able to read people with ease.  I am not a military trainer.  I listen to you, see you and train you according to your needs.”

Tim Wallis-Caddell

Personal Trainer

“As a rower, I have represented GB and have focussed on strength training for over 15 years. I’ve coached a wide variety of Clients and athletes ranging from high performance sport to strength training, weight loss and bodybuilding. I believe everyone should have some form of strength and fitness in their lives and it is my job to help them find their passion. Everyone’s goals are equal; be it feeling confident in the gym or training for a competition. I have a high attention to detail when it comes to coaching movements and believe that the benefits of weight training are amazing for all abilities.”

I’ve been passionate about sport all my life and an active participant over the years, most significantly in football, tennis, skiing and cycling. As I’ve got older and experienced different injuries and changes in my own biomechanics, my training as a sports massage therapist and personal trainer has enabled me to adapt the approach to my own fitness programme to make sure that exercise still has a positive benefit for me. Since hitting 50 I’ve cycled from London to Paris and taken part in the 100 mile ‘Ride London’ event, raising money for Cancer Research.

After 25+ years in corporate life I felt it was time for a change in direction to pursue a more rewarding career, using my training to develop programmes and treatments which benefit people either in a corporate environment or their private lives to stay fitter for longer.

I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. With massage, bespoke treatment is essential to ensure that specific conditions are treated appropriately to relieve symptoms and generate positive benefits. Likewise with my approach to PT – I always aim to ensure that each training client works towards their own fitness goals performing exercise that is appropriate and has measurable progressions.

I have a BTEC level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Diploma from the London School of Sports Massage and have been a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage since 2006.

I also hold a City & Guilds level 3 Certificate in Personal Training from Future Fit Training, the UK’s leading provider of personal training and nutritionist courses.

Serena Dodd

Availability: Any Time

Hi, my name is Serena and I am a Certified Life and Weight Coach.

I used to run an Events Business and organised events globally from elite private dinners, to large scale public events for Formula 1 and the 2012 London Olympics. I share this with you only to give you an idea of my background which has given me first-hand experience in the often overwhelming nature of everyday life. Whether that be a busy office environment, with tight deadlines and / or the lack of a life/family balance.

The type of coaching I do varies from person to person but fundamentally I help you get yourself out of your rut. Whether you are a:

  • Senior leader looking to go to the next level
  • Future leader looking to establish your potential
  • Professional coming back into the workplace after a hiatus (maternity leave / sabbatical)
  • Professional looking to get more out of your work and life
  • Business owner with teething problems and motivation
  • Profession that has lost passion of the job and personal life
  • Professional that has lost the ability to create personal goals and stick with them (weight loss, financial, family, etc)

I will work with you to bring you out of the monotony of the daily grind and together we will start to regain the passion for a more fulfilling, exciting and purpose-driven life.

What is Life Coaching and how will it benefit me?

Put simply, a life coach is someone who can help you gain perspective on your life and mind.

Just in the same way you train your body through exercise to become fitter, life coaching does exactly the same with the mind. The more you exercise how to think with purpose the healthier your mind will become and you will start living the life you always wanted, on purpose.

Coaching your mind will help you start lifting those barriers that you have created for yourself throughout the years and learning how to manage it will allow you to see what possibilities are available to you.

Examples of specific areas of your life that this can benefit you:

  • Goal work – creating the life you want with purposeful action
  • Weight Loss
  • Forging better/ stronger relationships – collogues, bosses, team members, partners, family, friends.
  • Managing a negative/ unproductive mindset
  • Taking back control of your life – not feeling like a victim
  • Building confidence
  • Public Speaking
  • Managing a team

I get to know who my clients truly are through a direct and compassionate basis – helping you achieve the results that are going to change your life FOREVER.

BSc ITEC reflex Dip Hyp www.greenleaftherapies.org

Reflexologist, Holistic therapist, clinical and regression hypnotherapist

I have been qualified in Reflexology and Holistic Therapies for over 14 years and am an advanced Reflexology practitioner (ART). I incorporate advanced techniques and Reiki to create a more effective treatment that is suitable for shorter treatments in the workplace.

Foot Reflexology is a physical therapy that identifies and corrects imbalance in organ, system and tissues of the body as well as creating a deep sense of relaxation. Imbalance in the emotional and physical body manifest themselves through crystals in the affected reflex point on the foot. Through physical manipulation, these crystals can be dispersed or reduced in size to ‘unblock’ the reflex point and open the channel to the organ or tissue system. There are over 7,000 nerve endings in the human foot, that when activated with touch and pressure, release a surge of endorphins. Endorphins stimulate the rest, digest and repair action of our nervous system.

In addition to physical wellbeing, I have been using reflexology in combination with other therapies including hypnotherapy to address mental/emotional health in terms of anxiety, panic attacks and overwhelm for the past 5 years and find it such an effective treatment for reducing stress.

Reflexology has many benefits including:

  • Faster recovery from injury and illness.
  • Relieves muscle tension of head neck and shoulders
  • Relieves sinus pain
  • Improved blood and lymphatic circulation
  • Stimulates and improves waste removal in the body through stimulating the liver, kidneys and bowel.
  • Harmonises endocrine system to improve hormonal stability including PMT and thyroid imbalance.
  • A deep state of relaxation
  • Improved emotional and mental wellbeing
