Personal Training
Personal Training is an investment in your future self. Here at WIYWO our philosophy towards PT is that it is our entire job to look after you. We are there to guide you, help you to improve and feel better, motivate you, remain injury free and hit your specific goals. We take all aspects of your health and wellbeing into account; physical, mental and nutritional. It is not just about working really hard in the gym – we want you to work hard in the kitchen as well, and to also ensure your mental health improves. We take your progress seriously and provide constant measurements and tracking techniques to show the improvement in your journey with us. We also want to ensure Personal Training with us is a pleasant experience – have fun, enjoy the journey and feel at ease.

The PT Team
Rebecca Myers
Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach
Rebecca is Founder and owner of WIYWO. She is passionate about helping corporate professionals feel better, stronger, more energised and more confident, inside and out. She is also a qualified Pilates instructor and Nutrition Coach. The company idea was born from a need that was not being fulfilled in the corporate world. Time poor, office-based professionals (like Rebecca once was) who want to look after their health but needed something convenient to assist with this. This is what WIYWO does: bringing fitness, health and wellness to the workplace. Even if, at the moment, this is whilst you are working from home.
Julian Bazley
Personal Trainer, Massage therapist and Acupuncturist
Julian been passionate about sport all his life and an active participant over the years, most significantly in football, tennis, skiing and cycling. As he’s got older and experienced different injuries and changes in his own biomechanics, his training as a sports massage therapist and personal trainer has enabled him to adapt the approach to his own fitness programme to make sure that exercise still has a positive benefit. After 25+ years in corporate life he felt it was time for a change in direction to pursue a more rewarding career, using his training to develop programmes and treatments which benefit people either in a corporate environment or their private lives to stay fitter for longer.
Maria Fenn
Personal Trainer
“We all deserve to do the things that make us happy, and if you can make just one hour a week work for you, you could honestly transform your life and health in more ways than one! I’m not your stereotypical trainer, and in fact I started out studying Classical Kinesiology. Your body is one complex piece of engineering – if there is a physical imbalance you can guarantee there is more going on behind the scenes that contributes to the end message; pain or discomfort. My approach to personal training is holistic, and I have been coined as the “intuitive trainer” at times for my ability to be able to read people with ease. I am not a military trainer. I listen to you, see you and train you according to your needs.”
Tim Wallis-Caddell
Personal Trainer
“As a rower, I have represented GB and have focussed on strength training for over 15 years. I’ve coached a wide variety of Clients and athletes ranging from high performance sport to strength training, weight loss and bodybuilding. I believe everyone should have some form of strength and fitness in their lives and it is my job to help them find their passion. Everyone’s goals are equal; be it feeling confident in the gym or training for a competition. I have a high attention to detail when it comes to coaching movements and believe that the benefits of weight training are amazing for all abilities.”
