Thank you so much 😍 “I have been training with Rebecca for over 2 years, on and off due to Covid, and I believe she is great. I had no previous experiences with PTs, I have never been particularly fit or a big fan of gyms and exercising, so when I started I myself was not convinced I would be sticking with a PT for long. I had my first meeting with Rebecca and she made me feel instantly at ease, we talked about my goals: I wanted to lose weight and change my lifestyle. I started training once a week in 1 to 1 sessions, and considering that for all of my life I had never managed to stick with a dieting/exercising plan for more than a few weeks, Rebecca has worked wonders! After coming in and out of lock downs in 2020, I had gained so much weight, I had never been that heavy and felt so unhealthy. I decided I needed a big change, so I asked for Rebecca’s help and in 9 months I have lost 15 kg.

Workouts are always aimed at achieving my goals but also tailored to my level of energy and fitness on the day, Rebecca is very attentive to what I need and makes sure my technique is correct to avoid injuries. She’s very flexible, follows up with me and makes sure I’m ok. Rebecca cares about my physical wellbeing, but not only, she has come to know me very well and knows what I need mentally to be able to stick to my training routine, she knows when to push and when to ease up on the weights a bit, she’s a very good listener and a lovely person to spend time with in general.

Not sure I get it right all the time but… 😉 Holiday routine: gym in the morning before breakfast, yoga session after breakfast, aqua-aerobics before lunch, Pilates session after lunch, maybe tennis, Zumba, kangoo jumps, swimming or football later in the afternoon. Little snooze on the sun loungers in between and a few drinks after!
